Founded by David Porat, Chelsea Market Baskets has spent more than two decades uncovering small producers, family-run bakeries, award-winning chocolatiers, and specialty snack makers. Porat is known for traveling the world — the UK, Spain, France, Italy, and beyond — searching for exceptional items you won’t find in ordinary stores. His mission is simple but rare: shine a light on artisans doing remarkable work and bring their creations to a broader audience.
