Oktoberfest and Hofmann's

Oktoberfest isn’t just a festival in Germany, it’s an excuse around the world to eat, drink, and enjoy good company. And you don’t need a flight to Munich to join in… you can make your own celebration right here in Syracuse.

One of our favorite ways to celebrate? Hofmann 1879 sausages. Born in Syracuse but inspired by old-world German recipes, Hofmann has been making knackwurst, bratwurst, and franks for nearly 150 years. They’ve got that perfect snap, rich flavor, and a tradition that ties Bavaria to Central New York.

So throw some brats on the grill, grab a frosty beer and a warm pretzel, and invite your friends over. Add some polka music and you’ve got Oktoberfest in your own backyard.
